If you are a current resident and have a maintenance issue you would like to discuss with us, please contact our Resident Services Coordinator, Roxanne Carpenter at 650 578 9661 (x21).
For urgent, after hours maintenance issues, please follow the directions in our voicemail system as we have professionals available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to emergencies. In the event that you are experiencing a life-threatening situation, please call 911 immediately.
For routine non-urgent maintenance issues you may also email us the details at help@eprodesse.com. Please be sure to provide as much information as possible so that we can deliver the best possible service.
